The community gets to keep their doctor and the doctor receives the support they need to achieve Fellowship.

The community and the doctor are the real winners!

Doctors working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) can undertake vocational training towards fellowship of the ACRRM & RACGP via the Remote Vocational Training Scheme (RVTS).

10 training places are available for RVTS Training commencing February 2016.

close on Friday 30 October 2015.

Many applicants hear about RVTS via word-of-mouth recommendations, so please spread the word to anyone you think may be interested.

There are 2 streams of trainees:
  • The Remote Stream for doctors working in remote & rural Australia
  • The AMS Stream for doctors working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services

Training is fully funded by the Australian Government.
