As the CEO of Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service, you will work effectively with our Board to provide high quality,culturally appropriate health services.
You’ll be guided by our policies, principles and practices, and deliver successful outcomes through the achievement of our vision, strategic plans, and objectives.
To be successful you must possess a consultative leadership and engagement style consistent with a communitybased organisation. You will have proven experience in organisational leadership in a people-focused, social or health care organisation.
You will also have a deep understanding of the health issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and a demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous societies and cultures. Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation.
